Healthy Horizons Pediatrics strives to accept all existing private
insurance plans.  We no longer accept new patients with medicaid
HMO Plans.  If you do not see your insurance provider on the list
below, please contact us immediately with your provider's name.  We
will make every attempt to become a PCP for your network as soon
as possible.  Keep in mind that this process can take many months.  
Please also note that insurance plans change rapidly, and therefore,
the list below may not be completely up to date.
